Take a “selfie” from the shoulders up and transfer the image to your computer so you can upload it. NOTE: The image should be a .JPG or .PNG file type and a MINIMUM of 1024 x 1024 pixels but no bigger than 3000 x 3000. Key Elements in taking a good photo:
A good photo captures the viewer’s interest and elicits an emotional response.
Good lighting is the single most important make or break aspect of a photograph. Without good light even the best composition will look grainy and out of balance.
Remove distracting items, making sure not to crop off any crucial portion of your subject, checking that subject’s eyes are open, etc.
Keep your subjects close. Faces convey emotion. If you cannot see the details, you cannot feel the emotion.

Some questions are answered and a dark shadowy photo is uploaded
Either no photo is uploaded or no questions are answered
