Instructions

The calculus or privately held vs. publicly traded companies are different.  As you can see, debt capacity not only applies to a business but the owners as well because they may (or may not be) an expense on the business.  The higher the operational expense load, the lower the debt load needs to be to operate a successful business.

Objectives

As credit analysts, we want to measure the debt capacity of the business and its guarantors to determine the "credit worthiness" of a business seeking debt financing.  This quiz is to put what we have read and discussed into practice.  How well have we learned to apply these concepts?

Directions

The quiz will be available on November 8th through November 22nd.  It is not timed except for when the availability closes.  You have one opportunity to complete the quiz.
