The following can be submitted as hard copy in class or as message or attachment via Inbox in Canvas. For items 2,3,4 your message can contain links to the articles, web cams, videos, or you can include articles, videos (if short) as attachments. In all cases of Inbox submission, be sure to use a subject line that indicates the type of Extra Credit (Article 1 & 2, Article 1, video 2, web cam 1, web cam 2, heart data, etc.) along with your name. You should also indicate in the message or on the hard copy the source and date obtained. See individual guidelines at links below. You do NOT have to write a review or anything about the items; just submit them.

First day article (hard copy in class, if offered prior to class, 2 pts) EC: First Day Article
Each of the next 3 is worth 3 pts (2 for 1st item, 1 for 2nd)
Up to 2 articles (different sources and topics) Article extra credit (up to 2 for 3 pts total)
