Chapter 2 Instructions and Goals

By February 1, students will complete the following:

• Watch the first half of a Chapter 2 video lecture, through the section on Box Plots and take notes on the lecture.
• Read the first half Chapter 2, through section 2.4, either in Canvas or in your own copy of the text
• Preview the Chapter 2 Examples and Vocabulary File Download Chapter 2 Examples and Vocabulary File
  • It is recommended that you fill out the vocabulary definitions found in the file as you find them in the text
  • You do not have to work out the examples in the file.  This is what we will be focusing on in our class meeting on Feb 1.

 By February 8, students will complete the following:

• Watch the second half of a Chapter 2 video lecture and take notes on the lecture.
• Read the second half Chapter 2, either in Canvas or in your own copy of the text
• Complete the brief Chapter 2 quiz.
