Meet Your Instructor, Sarah Whylly

Hi! I'm Sarah Whylly and I will your tour guide, ringmaster, and instructor for this semester. I have been teaching for almost 10 years and I teach a variety of subjects including, History of Satan, Word, and PowerPoint.  I am a quirky individual who has a great sense of humor and never really grew up. This makes for a really interesting experience in my classroom.

I have a great love for nerd culture. I love my PS4, Xbox 360, and even my Wii on occasion. Every so often I will PC game.  Indie comics are my jam along with HP Lovecraft's work, most horrifyingly crappy sci-fi and horror films. My faves include Evil Dead and John Carpenter's The Thing.

I have a small farm where my 16 year old and I raise chickens, ducks, angora rabbits, dogs, and cats. I love animals of all kinds and right now we currently have a house-trained rooster named Lil Salty who sleeps in our house at night.

I also have a deep abiding love of junk food and really good food (although those two things aren't mutually exclusive). This means I enjoy making and eating homemade cheese but I also have a love affair with Tapatio Doritos and cans of Guayaki.
