Week 13 Overview and Goals
Goals
This week we're beginning to think about revision techniques as we move towards the final draft of the Community Problem Project. Thus, you'll learn about metacommentary and look at some templates that will help you insert this "extra explanation" into your essay. I'll be reviewing and commenting on your rough drafts, but you'll be doing the same in a peer review session. You'll need to complete 2 peer reviews of other class members' drafts. We continue reading Coates, brainstorm ideas for that essay, and also consider what "white privilege" really means, as well as other forms of privilege.
