Week 6 Overview and Goals

Goals

If we're successful in this module, you'll:

• Use critical thinking skills to analyze the Informative Research that your Voter Guide group has collected.
• Determine what your specific "In-Depth" research assignment will be by participating in the "Analyzing the Informative Research" discussion.
• Learn how to use the library's resources.
• Begin doing research for your In-Depth Research assignment, and the Annotated Bibliography (which prepares you for the long research project, the Community Problem Project).

Schedule

To reach the goals for this module, you'll need to complete the following activities:

Due dates	Activities
9/28	Read the Informative Research that your Voter Guide group has collected, and participate in the "Analysis of Informative Research Discussion."
9/28-10/3	Finalize your assignment for the In-Depth Research Assignment (due 10/3) and begin working on it.
10/3	Take all 3 of the library's tutorials, take the quiz at the end of each tutorial, and send the results to me at Lnahas@santarosa.edu.
